Duties

  • Represent clients in court appearances and before government agencies
  • Draft and prepare legal documents and filings for clients
  • Advise clients on legal and business transactions, providing thorough counsel
  • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes on behalf of clients
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
  • Manage administrative and client-related tasks, overseeing a team of paralegals and support staff

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active bar admission in New Jersey, with Pennsylvania licensure preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of four years in legal practice, with experience in real estate and homeowner association law a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Amicus Attorney software is beneficial
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to client interactions
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Education

  • Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
