Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

The role involves managing a caseload independently while collaborating with a senior Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality legal representation to clients. Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense cases.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Review and analyze medical records for case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and case summaries.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to address case progress and legal concerns.
• Effectively handle responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.
