A prominent Las Vegas-based personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Intake Attorney to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This full-time, onsite role involves engaging with individuals to assess their legal needs, building trust through empathetic communication, and facilitating the intake process. The ideal candidate will bring experience in personal injury law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a Nevada law license in good standing.

Duties

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to evaluate personal injury claims

• Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone and in-person meetings

• Guide clients through the intake process with professionalism and compassion

• Gather and assess necessary case-related information

• Maintain accurate records in legal case management systems

• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure smooth case handoffs

• Build trust and establish strong rapport with clients during the intake phase

• Assist with answering legal questions and setting client expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law

• Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills

• Proficiency in handling intake calls and documentation with accuracy and sensitivity

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing
