Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will review documentary evidence to confirm the validity of client legal claims. Will review of pleadings in preparation of filing class, collective, and mass actions. Review of all responsive pleadings filed by opposing parties. Prepare correspondence, motions, discovery, and other legal pleadings during the course of proceedings. Must have Bar admission.
