  • Manage a caseload effectively using legal technology for timekeeping, calendar management, and client communications.
  • Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, motions, and briefs in compliance with Massachusetts Family & Probate Court Rules of Procedure.
  • Prepare and represent clients in trial, when necessary.
  • Maintain reasonable billable hour expectations while ensuring high-quality legal services.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law/domestic relations.
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
  • Public speaking, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Trial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Education:
