  • Provide comprehensive advice on domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning, with a focus on international estate tax strategies.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients and co-advisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support estate planning strategies.
  • Uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence through high-quality written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in private client or estate planning.
  • Proven ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents.
  • Experience in domestic and international estate, gift, and income tax planning is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and speaking skills, supported by a robust academic background.
  • An LLM is a plus.
  • Must be eligible for admission to the California Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility for California.
