Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Banking and Finance practice in Minneapolis, MN. This position involves representing lenders in a broad array of financial transactions, including acquisition financing, corporate credit facilities, and real estate lending. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in banking and finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage clients and colleagues.
  • Proven analytical and writing skills to handle complex legal matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Eligibility to secure admission to the Minnesota State Bar promptly.

  • Expertise in structuring, negotiating, and closing diverse financial transactions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
