Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and review complex financing agreements and related legal documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.
• Offer limited representation to borrowers in financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in banking and finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage clients and colleagues.
• Proven analytical and writing skills to handle complex legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligibility to secure admission to the Minnesota State Bar promptly.
