A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Area in Albany, NY. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a passion for litigation and a desire to make a significant impact in the field.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in tort and product liability cases, focusing on personal injury and professional malpractice actions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Develop and implement effective defense strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:
