Job Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing family law firm seeking experienced Senior Family Law Attorneys for its Dallas, TX office. The firm is dedicated to revolutionizing family law through compassionate representation and innovative, tech-forward solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, represent clients in court as a first chair, and mentor junior attorneys. Duties:

  • Conduct client consultations and secure representation in family law matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice on family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
  • Serve as the first chair in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal representation.
  • Ensure clients receive compassionate and strategic guidance throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Texas family law statutes.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the Dallas Metro area.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas State Bar License (required).

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate legal representation.
  • Strong mentoring and team coaching skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance goals and delivering positive client outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $134,000 - $192,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
