  • Proven experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys across various offices.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of the business aspects of real estate investing.
