Duties:

• Advise clients on complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Manage and coordinate with other attorneys within the firm on cross-office real estate matters.
• Conduct due diligence and analyze transaction documents for compliance and risk.
• Represent clients in negotiations and closings for real estate deals.
• Stay current with legal developments and trends in real estate law.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, specifically in complex transactions.
• Proven experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys across various offices.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.

Skills:
