A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Online Enforcement and Brand Protection Attorney to join its innovative eControl group. This role focuses on helping companies protect and grow their brand value by combating unauthorized sellers, IP infringers, and other online commercial disruptions. Duties

  • Collaborate with the enforcement team to develop and manage clients’ seller enforcement strategies.
  • Analyze online monitoring data and conduct seller targeting and investigations.
  • Assist in intellectual property (IP) enforcement efforts.
  • Counsel clients on enforcement options, ongoing efforts, and recommendations.
  • Negotiate with online sellers to achieve client goals.
