• Prepare and argue motions, including class certification and summary judgment motions.
• Draft legal briefs, pleadings, correspondence, and responses to discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and interviews with expert witnesses.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings as needed.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation strategy and risk management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• 3-4 years of experience in class action defense and mass tort litigation.
• Experience with product liability litigation is advantageous.
• Proven track record in briefing class certification and summary judgment motions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and work independently.
