Duties:

  • Defend employers in complex class, collective, and representative actions.

  • Conduct workplace investigations and deliver training programs to clients.
  • Participate in case strategy development, legal research, and writing.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and work as part of a team on significant litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong litigation experience in employment law, with a focus on defending employers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and high-volume caseloads.
  • Admittance to the California State Bar.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the California Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in employment counseling and/or litigation.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
