Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.

  • Experience working with large, national or institutional clients preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and leasing practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
