Duties:

  • Assist partners in managing litigation matters, including drafting motions, briefs, and other court documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
  • Experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
