Duties:

• Handle complex personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
• Represent clients in court and at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with a team of legal professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests.
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and trends related to personal injury litigation.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury or insurance defense.
• Experience handling complex cases independently.
• Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of litigation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proven ability to develop case strategies and work as part of a legal team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation is preferred.
