Duties:

  • Manage personal injury case files from inception through resolution, ensuring cases progress efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing legal support, guidance, and case strategy to clients.

  • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
  • Review and summarize medical records to build strong cases.
  • Draft and revise legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, and memorandums.
  • Represent clients at mediations, depositions, and other proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status.
  • Actively monitor the financial aspects of cases, ensuring cost-effective resolutions.
  • Work in a paperless environment using a case management system.
  • Handle new client consultations and explain attorney-client contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement case plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred).
  • Proven ability to handle personal injury cases independently.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, medical providers, and legal professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in managing the financial aspects of cases and settlements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active state license to practice law in Colorado (required).
