Biotechnology Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a biotechnology patent prosecution associate attorney with 3-5 years of chemical or biotech prosecution, PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion experience. The candidate will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent prosecution matters in the biological, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields with quality domestic and foreign clients. Should ideally have an advanced degree in biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO, and an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
