• Conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing legal advice and updates on case progress.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance litigation or general liability.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and collaborate with a legal team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
