Duties:

  • Draft discovery requests and responses.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
  • Advise clients on tax matters and provide legal counsel.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
  • Participate in marketing and networking activities.
  • Attend local events and statewide conferences, including evening and weekend events.
  • Draft memoranda for the firm and clients.
  • Assist with appellate matters and support other legal activities.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).
