Key Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding family law issues.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes between parties.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court decisions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Experience practicing family law.
• Proven ability to manage a high caseload with varying degrees of complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
