The Mid-Level to Senior Insurance Services Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in insurance coverage matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in insurance coverage disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Requirements:

  • Illinois Bar admission is required.

Education:
