Duties

  • Lead high-stakes legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Drive business development and help expand the firm’s practice.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide seamless service across multiple disciplines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates, contributing to their professional development.
  • Play a significant role in the firm's strategic direction and leadership.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates.
  • Strong background in client management and business development.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing complex matters and teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.

  • Expertise in legal research, analysis, and writing.
