Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will represent the interests of insurance carriers and employers in claims filed by injured workers from inception through closure, including depositions, pre-trials, trials, and oral arguments. Will advise clients on legal matters. Help investigate accidents and potential defenses. Negotiate settlement on behalf of clients. Must have Admission to practice law in Illinois.

The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have ability to identify legal issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
