Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
• Guide asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts (if applicable).
• Represent borrowers in credit agreements, advising on complex loan structures and compliance with terms.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related transactional agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage intricate finance matters.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in private credit or finance matters.
• Proven expertise in lending, including exposure to borrower-side transactions.
• Strong understanding of various financing transaction types, with additional experience in asset-based financings and restructurings preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the New York State Bar, in good standing.

Certifications:

• A valid New York State Bar license is required.
