Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial agreements

  • Advise clients on general corporate matters, including governance and structuring

  • Collaborate with legal and business professionals on complex commercial projects

  • Maintain regular contact with clients and provide pragmatic, business-oriented counsel

  • Conduct legal research and stay informed on corporate and commercial developments

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional work

  • Proficiency in handling commercial contracts and general business agreements

  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution
