• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and pleadings related to collections and bankruptcy matters.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in either Washington or California.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
