Laurel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with experience. The candidate will be managing and prioritizing a large caseload. Will be drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Attending hearings and status conferences. Interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and MWC team members. Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk. Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking is a plus. Must be Barred in Virginia or DC. Admission to MD is a plus. This firm is willing to train the right candidate.
