Duties:

  • Conduct detailed fact analysis and legal research to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Take and defend depositions in a variety of cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Assist in trial preparation and hearings.
  • Provide sound legal advice during client meetings and consultations.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Education:
