Senior Trial Lawyer Catastrophic Injury Cases

A law firm seeks a highly experienced and passionate Senior Trial Lawyer to join their team in Texas. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with a proven history of securing 8-figure verdicts in catastrophic injury cases. The successful candidate will handle high-stakes cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, paralysis, and major commercial vehicle or industrial accidents. Duties:

• Lead the litigation of complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases.
• Represent clients in wrongful death cases, traumatic brain injuries, severe burns, paralysis, and major accidents involving commercial vehicles, 18-wheelers, and industrial incidents.
• Develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies from inception to trial.
• Manage all phases of trial preparation, including discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Present compelling arguments in the courtroom with confidence and authority.
• Negotiate settlements that serve the best interests of clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain consistent client communication, keeping them informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trial law, particularly in personal injury, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
• A proven track record of achieving 8-figure verdicts in complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury law and trial procedures.
• Excellent courtroom presence and the ability to command attention and respect from judges, juries, and opposing counsel.
• Skilled in trial preparation, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes cases effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and good standing membership with the Texas State Bar.
