Pre-Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and passionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional care to clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcomes for their personal injury and property damage cases. Attorneys in this role will work directly with clients, exhibiting empathy and professionalism, while also communicating with insurance companies and managing claims and demands.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, providing guidance, empathy, and building trust.
• Evaluate personal injury and property damage claims to determine their merit and potential outcomes.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim statuses, demands, and offers.
• Regularly update clients on the status of their cases and provide detailed explanations of legal proceedings.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation to ensure thorough case management.
• Stay informed of legal developments in personal injury and property damage law.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Member of the Georgia Bar or eligibility to become admitted to the Georgia Bar.
• Proven experience in evaluating personal injury or property damage claims.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear terms.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility to obtain bar membership in Georgia.
