Duties:

  • Represent clients in dispute resolution processes, including litigation and mediation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys from various practice areas to deliver holistic legal services to clients.
  • Manage multiple legal projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law and familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage a portable book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
