Duties

• Advocate for clients throughout workers compensation proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex issues
• Develop strategic plans to address clients' needs effectively
• Engage fully in hearings, negotiate settlements, and foster strong client relationships
• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen clients' positions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of workers compensation experience
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• California State Bar membership (active and in good standing)
