  • Manage a significant volume of work to meet deadlines set by the firm, clients, investors, and courts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws about foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in foreclosure and litigation (preferred).
  • Admission to the Delaware State Bar (required).
  • Admission to federal and bankruptcy courts in Delaware (a plus).
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic case management and client systems (preferred).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.
