Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding immigration processes
  • Prepare and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and applications
  • Attend court hearings and immigration interviews as required
  • Manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively
  • Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of case status
  • Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as needed
  • Stay current on developments in immigration law and policy

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred)
  • Ability to handle a solid caseload independently
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse clients
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (Bar admission required)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar admission required
