Franchise/Corporate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Franchise/Corporate Attorney to join their team in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience practicing law, specifically in corporate law, with a strong focus on franchise matters. This role requires excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. The attorney will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and providing accurate legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal documents to provide accurate legal guidance.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Create and review contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop legal strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with legal trends, changes in legislation and regulations, and case law within the relevant practice areas.
• Prepare and complete filings with state regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and prosecute trademark filings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing law, specifically in corporate law.

Education:
