Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member of the California State Bar (required).
