Job Overview:

  • Draft legal documents, including policies, contracts, and reports for public agency clients.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop strategic legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Title IX investigations and labor/employment matters.

  • Strong understanding of public agency law and education-related legal issues.

  • Experience conducting workplace or institutional investigations.

  • Administrative hearing experience preferred.

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
