Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes corporate transactions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility to obtain admission.
