A law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join their team in Carle Place, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and a keen interest in litigation, providing support in various legal proceedings and client matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and pre-trial motions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in litigation.
  • Previous experience with legal research and writing is highly desirable.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar Admission in New York is required.
