A law firm seeks an experienced Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney to join its highly regarded estate planning practice on the Central Coast of California.   • Oversee the administration of trusts, probates, and conservatorships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in trusts and estate planning law.
  • Member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise clients on tax implications of estate plans.
  • Exceptional legal drafting and client communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Certification as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Bar is preferred but not required.
