Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal support for cases in Professional Liability, including employment and education liability, as well as accountant errors and omissions
  • Assist in case management from initial stages to trial
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other necessary legal documents
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication
  • Participate in client meetings and case evaluations
  • Continuously improve legal skills under mentorship and guidance
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Assist in the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances
  • Foster teamwork and provide support to colleagues across departments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Professional Liability or related legal fields
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research abilities
  • Experience with litigation and case management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
