Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with team members.
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments and negotiations.
• Stay updated on legal trends and best practices in litigation.
• Assist in business development initiatives, including client presentations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-6 years of litigation law experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including drafting and court representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar.
