Duties:

• Represent clients in complex IP litigation cases, including patent disputes, across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding IP disputes and litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
• Manage case files, timelines, and client communications effectively.
• Work alongside senior attorneys and partners to develop and execute case strategies.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and practice groups within the firm.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patent law.
• Active Minnesota bar license in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client service orientation.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
