Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: An established law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their legal team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide legal counsel to clients involved in litigated personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team. This role is available at either the Boca Raton or Boynton Beach location.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in litigated personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and case analysis to form legal opinions and identify potential risks.
• Prepare pleadings, attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and defense exams, and handle all other court-related matters.
• Effectively communicate case progress and strategic recommendations to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on major projects and assignments.
• Work under managerial guidance to ensure case compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
• Grow the firm's business and maintain professional client relationships.
• Manage a legal team, including paralegals and assistants, to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, either in criminal or civil law, with active Florida Bar membership.
• Prior experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn firm-specific technology systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent client positions effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
