Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury cases, providing compassionate and effective legal representation.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, keeping them informed and updated on case developments.
• Review, evaluate, and assess personal injury claims to determine their validity and value.
• Communicate regularly with insurance companies regarding claims status, offers, and demands.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable terms on behalf of clients.
• Handle all aspects of personal injury case management, including documentation, client meetings, and court appearances.
• Work independently, while being a supportive team member in a collaborative office environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong experience in evaluating personal injury claims.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record in securing favorable settlements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex legal issues independently.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be an active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
