Job Overview:

• Manage full case handling from inception to disposition

• Prepare and oversee written discovery
• Take depositions and prepare briefs and motions
• Develop strategic approaches while leading paralegals and legal assistants
• Perform regular case reviews and ensure timely updates for clients
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication
• Track and record time worked on cases and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Member in good standing with the State Bar Association of Texas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (Required)
