  • Case Management: Take responsibility for cases, managing them from start to finish with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic counsel based on findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys, colleagues, and clients to develop comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve legal skills through learning opportunities and hands-on experience with complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business law, estate planning, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong legal research and writing abilities, with the capacity to clearly communicate complex legal concepts.
  • Client Service: A demonstrated commitment to superior client service, with an ability to work directly with clients and address their unique needs.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
