The successful candidate will represent parents in dependency cases, including contested and uncontested hearings. Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong commitment to representing parents in dependency matters.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Demonstrated punctuality, organization, and reliability.
  • Experience or interest in dependency law and advocacy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
