Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients across the state
  • Engage in state-wide legal collaborations with public sector and education law experts
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure legal strategies are aligned with their goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
  • Experience in conducting workplace investigations
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Public Sector or Education law experience preferred
  • Title IX experience is a plus
  • Must be admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar
